After leaving college, Rachel’s first role in the industry was as an audit and accounts apprentice for a local accountancy firm.
Rachel joined Waltons in April 2022 as an audit assistant, and in 2024 she successfully completed the AAT qualification, and she’s now on with the the next stage in her career … studying towards the ICAEW ACA qualification.
Rachel enjoys being part of the “friendly and always helpful” #TeamWaltons and she’s also enjoying meeting and providing on-site support to our new and established audit clients and building relationships with them as part of her role.
Rachel has a love of travelling, enjoys attending concerts with friends and also spending time with her family. She’s a season ticket holder of Sunderland FC, attending matches most weekends.
