We are a large independent firm of business advisers and chartered accountants based in Hartlepool, with four directors, and around forty team members.
We’re definitely not a ‘stuffy’ accounting firm. We’re fun, friendly, approachable and professional, and we pride ourselves on building strong and long-term relationships.
Our people enjoy working in a team environment with full support for their training and development needs.
We work from modern offices on the Marina in Hartlepool. Our visitors have ample car parking and access our building via a secure entry intercom system. Our suite of meeting rooms and conference rooms are situated on the ground floor, with our team working from our first floor open plan areas.
The majority of our team have the benefit of hybrid working, agreed in a way which works for both the individual and the business.
As a firm, we take recruitment seriously. The most important qualities in any team member would be sharing the same core values and team culture.

“I started with Waltons at the beginning of October 2020, in the midst of Covid with the ‘work at home if you can’ arrangements applying. I was only in the office for approximately a week before the rules changes again and I had to work from home (not realising it would be for the next 12 months!). I must admit – this was a strange way of starting a new job!
